fun setThrottleEnabled ( enabled : Boolean ) Summary
Enables or disables log throttling globally.
When disabled, all throttled log callsites log unconditionally regardless of their
configured interval. Useful for debugging noisy per-frame logs. Throttling is enabled
by default.
